I work in an elementary school and somehow the students keep moving the taskbar to the top of the monitor. We have restricted the rights they have on the computer so they can't just click on it and move it up there. Thanks for the info above on other shortcuts. You can select the taskbar and then hit alt space, choose move and move the mouse with the arrows all the way to the right or left or top.
